Grand Tetons PTZ

This web camera is located on East Gros Ventre Butte looking North-West, featuring the Grand Tetons in Grand Teton National Park. Located Northwest of the town of Jackson, Wyoming, the East Gros Ventre Butte sits at 7,411 feet. Known for its scenic vistas the East Gros Ventre Butte, otherwise referred to by locals as 'EGVB' serves up scenic vistas and important habitat areas to a variety of species. The Butte is located between Grand Teton National Park and the National Elk Refuge and is easily visible from U.S. Highway 26/89/191. Rising up from the flatness of the Snake River plain, the East Gros Ventre Butte is one of the several buttes that accentuate the Jackson Hole valley. The surrounding snow-capped peaks offer spectacular views. In addition to some housing development on the East Gros Ventre Butte, the Amangani Resort is also perched atop the EGVB.
